Carrots last quite a long time. I would say several weeks, even a month. If they are well-wrapped, they do ok. If you don't see any mold on them, they should be just fine!
I would see if they still feel firm, have no mold or slime and don't smell funny. If that checks out ok, then eat them. If not, then use them as a science project!
Here's a tip: If you can tie them in a knot, don't eat them! LOL! I don't know, honestly. If I hold it up and it points to the cieling and there's no fuzz, I eat it!

I think they get a little slimy or shriveled if they are too old
